A: If you are not sure whether the product fits your car, please feel free to contact us and send us your car pictures (front, back and whole body), we have professional team to check the suitable objects for you.

Q: Is this real carbon fiber material and what is the production technique?
(For carbon fiber items)
A: Yes. we offer real carbon fiber (2-layers fiberglass combine with one layer real carbon, surface is carbon fiber).
Our technique is vacuum extraction.

Q: Is the installation accessories included In the package? How to install?
A: NO. We have installation instruction based on different parts, please check the description for reference.

Q: When can I receive the package after payment?
A: It depends on the quantity you order.
(1) Have Stock
It will take 3 working days to do inspection & packing & arranging shipment before shipping out.
Ship by EMS, delivery time is 8~11 working days.
Ship by Fedex/DHL/TNT/UPS, delivery time is 6~8 working days.
(2) Have NO Stock
It will take more extra time to arrange mass production before we could repeat the movements

Q:What terms of payment do you accept?
A: Normally we accept 30% deposit, and 70% before delivery through TT, Paypal, Western Union, Wechat, Alipay ect.

Q: What should I do if I are not satisfied with the product?
A: After receiving the package if you are not satisfied, you can contact with our Sales team for help.
If it is little scratched during shipping, we will have repair instructions for you or return back.

If you don't get the items within 30 days after payment, refund are available.
